Disliked: A shame we had to go to the hotel next door to use their spa and pool facilities as this one you had to wear swimming caps to use it Also the additional fee to use any spa / pool wasn’t ideal
Great Stay with exceptional services!
Liked: The location and ammenities available on the propery were great. The outdoor and indoor pool/wellness center were great additions especially for families with kids. The staff is extremely helpful and kind!!
Disliked: The only thing I didnt like, were the rooms not having air conditioning. The rooms can get warm during the heated days.
Liked: We had a really nice stay at the hotel. The reception staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful ( especially the guy checked us in), and the gentleman working at the pool was fantastic. Breakfast was another major highlight—absolutely delicious every morning!The only minor detail was that service from some of the other staff members felt a bit inconsistent; they were very nice at times but felt a little unfriendly at others. It wasn't a major issue, but worth noting. Overall, it was a lovely experience and we would happily return!
Disliked: Knocking at the door 10 minutes before the checkout time.
