Exceptional
Disliked: Great location, but unfortunately not as advertised. First of all, I have only given positive reviews on my profile so far. Unfortunately, I cannot do the same with this accommodation, as in my opinion there were simply too many issues that are not acceptable for a price of €165 per night. The accommodation is advertised as a “Deluxe Suite”, but in my opinion, it does not live up to that description. At this price, you expect a certain standard, and unfortunately, the following points cannot be overlooked: 1. Wi-Fi: The signal only works properly when standing directly by the door. There is no usable connection in the rest of the room. 2. Air conditioning: The remote control for the air conditioning has been screwed shut, so you cannot adjust the fan strength yourself. 3. Refrigerator: The refrigerator is very loud and particularly disturbing at night. 4. Whirlpool: The water takes an extremely long time to fill, and unfortunately, it does not get properly hot. 5. Towels: The towels have an unpleasant smell, as if they were old or not freshly washed. 6. Mattress: The mattress is extremely worn out and badly sagging, making it very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, getting a good night's sleep was hardly possible. These are just some of the issues we noticed during our stay. There were also several other problems that I have not even listed here. Conclusion: The location is really excellent, but at €165 per night, the value for money is unfortunately very poor in my opinion. The term “Deluxe Suite” creates expectations that this accommodation simply does not meet.

Liked: Breakfast was brilliant, even better than expected. Fresh bread, cheese and ham, juice, eggs, fresh fruit, cereals, nuts, joghurts etc…location right in the Center just 5 minutes walking distance to the lake front, but also very quiet.
Disliked: Maybe a little shelving in the bathroom would have been nice, us ladies need storage for our beauty gear.
