Shocking. Wish I could change time and never stayed there

Disliked: Way more grey/dull compared to photos. Dirty, dusty, didn’t even have coffee in the kitchen (in Italy!?). Bed linen wasn’t even put on? Bin bags not put in. No basic soap either… so cold. Terrible instructions on getting there (no.1 is at the very end of the road…), run by agency who obviously didn’t know how to get there either. Advertised as parking present but just pointed to use public parking.
Liked: Unterkunft war muffig und ungelüftet, Küche ohne brauchbaren Zubehör, vorhandener Zubehör und Utensilien alt und schmuddelig. Ofen vorhanden aber nicht angeschlossen. Außenbereichvunzumutbar. Sind sofort wieder abgereist. Warten auf Erstattung über Expedia. Vemittler vom Haus uneinsichtig.
Liked: Parking was further from the property than expected. There is no view from the building other than the walls of other homes. It was very cold in the apartment when we arrived. A guide or map of the surrounding area and point of interest would have been helpful.
