  Wonderful location and staff

Liked: The owner and staff were super helpful, they found us rooms with air conditioning during a very hot week, gave tips for excursions and helped find local restaurants.

Disliked: We went during an extraordinarily hot week in early July. Be aware that not all rooms have air conditioning. It is worth inquiring about the specific room at time of booking.

  Comfortable and convenient

Liked: Large room and bathroom. Stunning view of the lake. Slept with the windows open which was wonderful. Parking on the side street was easy to get. Otherwise the hotel has parking for a fee underneath the hotel. The location is good, walking distance to restaurants and to the shopping area of Cannobio.

Disliked: Beware of the shower base. A bit on the slippery side. Otherwise, no negatives.
