Exceptional
Feels like home at Casa William!
Liked: Great location and most importantly, a great host Guglielmo!! He makes sure to make your arrival as smooth as possible and is always reachable at any time. Breakfast and coffee was great and the location is perfect to go and visit Amalfi Positano by train or ferry. A 10 min walk to the station and 25 min away from Napels APT by taxi. In other words, a fantastic experience and highly recommended! The beach is free and 4 min walk from the house. Airconditioning available!

Dreadful
Liked: The location was good, other than that the place was awful, and a serious hygiene risk!
Disliked: When we arrived at the property, the hygiene was so bad, the baby cot was covered in urine and mould, the bathroom smelt of sewage and the beds were bent and not comfy at all. Floor left black socks full of dirt. We had to move out to a new place after a few hours. Cracked floor tiles which almost sliced our foot open. The host then ignored us and we needed to dispute it with booking.com directly. AVOID!!!
Perfect base for adventures
Liked: The property was a great apartment in a fantastic accessible location. A great base to get to Naples, Amalfi Coast, Pompei. The host was very helpful.
Disliked: Booking.Com stated “Breakfast Included” but our lovely host explained that since renting the entire property this no longer applies. He had spoken to the company to remove the information and Booking.com should have done so but they hadn’t.

Liked: The host was perfect🌺
Guglielmo the best
Liked: Amazing host! Everything was well prepared, instructed clearly and comforting. He is available if something is needed and resolves any problem you may have. We spent four day at this house and everything was amazing. Highly recommend!
