Poor
Liked: Secure parking
Disliked: Broken shower base, lack of toilet paper, cooker running out of gas and flooded bathroom floor
Disappointed
Liked: The staff were good and helpful
Disliked: The location was very difficult to reach without a car as there were no busses or trains which got close to the property and minimal taxi coverage. The shower was also broken when we stayed.
Exceptional
Helpful staff, comfortable room, good breakfast, but will not be returning to the area, seems a little dangerous
Liked: Lovely room - good breakfast layout - friendly staff - very helpful for transport and quick replies via booking.com. They did all they could to help us have a nice stay and we appreciate that!
Disliked: Nothing on the host, the property was perfect if we had looked into the location more. We just didn’t realise how far away from everything the B&B is, 40 min + walk to castellamare di stabia train station / beaches. We were lucky the accommodation was so nice because we were almost afraid to leave it at night. Luckily the room has a TV and there were movies on every night (in english too which is great!).
