Very disappointing stay — not a luxury property and extremely inconvenient location
Disliked: Very disappointing stay — not a luxury property and extremely inconvenient location Unfortunately, our stay at this property was far from what we expected, especially considering the name “Forever Luxury Rooms.” The biggest issue is the very remote location. The property is far from the main Castellammare di Stabia town, and there is essentially no convenient public transport nearby. Unless you have a car or scooter, getting around is extremely difficult. On our first day, we were literally stuck because there was nowhere nearby to have breakfast. We waited around two hours for a bus just to reach the town centre. The property also felt completely unattended. During our stay, we were the only guests, and there was no reception or staff present. The owner only provided instructions for check-in and check-out. There was no regular housekeeping, towels were not changed, and when I asked about this, I was told that “this is not a hotel.” If that is the case, the property should clearly communicate what level of service guests should expect. The lift was not working, which meant carrying all our luggage up the stairs. The stairs, lift area and rooms are also extremely narrow and congested, making it difficult to move around comfortably with luggage. Another major concern was the lack of security and overall atmosphere. With nobody present at the property during the day or night and its isolated location beside the highway, the place felt deserted and uncomfortable. At times, it genuinely felt as though we were responsible for looking after the property rather than being guests. We also paid extra for a room with a balcony, but even that was disappointing. The balcony chairs were dirty and had accumulated water on them, while the balcony lights were not working. Overall, we found the experience to be much more about inconvenience than luxury.
Beautiful spot
Liked: The place is beautiful with stunning views.
Disliked: The ONLY thing was that it wasn't super easy to get to. They picked us up on arrival which was super helpful. We found ways to walk down to the town and taxis were affordable, though we only did that once over three nights.

Disliked: Only sad point was the wifi was really poor, given the normal signal for the area isn’t great it would has been grew to have good WiFi

Liked: There was a terrace directly outside of my room.
Disliked: I did not enjoy my stay. The room was nice but quite small and the bed was a foam mattress which I did not find very comfortable. Also be aware that on site parking actually means a few blocks away in a garage that you have to get out and open a close each time you leave the BnB. The owners should install an automatic garage door opener but they havent. Also, you will need to climb several flights of stairs to get to and from your car. Also, the shower was extremely small when it didnt have to be.
