Fabulous
Would recommend - we booked literally an hour before arriving as our intended hotel was awful and we could not stay ther
Liked: Great location Staff very helpful and friendly - Palma team made us very welcome guided us to area - and the addition of a welcome drink after a very stressful day was brilliant
Fabulous hotel, would definitely recommend
Liked: Everything was pleasant. Lovely decor, really nice girls on reception, very friendly and helpful. We based ourselves there to leave the car parked and use the train for Pompeii and Sorrento, too many restrictions to use the car near Sorrento and the Amalfi coast. We booked a ferry from Castellammare to visit Positano and Amalfi on. 9 hr trip which for two of us was very reasonable.
Disliked: N/A
Perfect stay
Liked: Breakfast was amazing, the staff were extremely hospitable and friendly, always eager to help and to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Very cute dog at the entrance, George! We brought a little dog with us too and we couldn’t feel more welcomed.
Disliked: Everything was delightful.
Great
Liked: The staff were great at reception and breakfast in the morning. Room was clean and they a good size.
Disliked: Older hotel but in very good condition. I would stay there again
Liked: Lovely hotel. Staff were very friendly. As a solo traveller I felt very safe staying here and didn't have any concerns about the location. Staff spoke English, which was reassuring as I tried and failed to learn some Italian before visiting. Location was ideal for the train station with links to Naples, Pompei, Sorrento, etc. 5 min walk to the beach. Room was clean and comfortable. I would note it's on a busy road, so light sleepers may want ear plugs (which i wear and had no issues sleeping). Fridge in room was a nice touch for keeping drinks chilled during stay. Breakfast had a nice selection and food was fresh. Served until 11am, so ideal if you fancy a lay in. Lady who managed breakfast was lovely and greeted me with a smile every morning.
Liked: We had a lovely 3 night stay at Hotel Palma. A lovely hotel, friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and the breakfast was plentiful and varied and served with a smile 😃 xx we shall be back for sure.
