Liked: Absolutely everything about our stay was exceptional. Francesca and Francesco, along with their wonderful team, provide truly outstanding hospitality. When I say it's the best hospitality we've experienced, I genuinely mean it. We've stayed at many five-star luxury properties around the world, yet this hotel surpassed them all. From the impeccable service and exceptional food to the beautifully comfortable accommodations, every detail was perfect. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the genuine warmth and care of everyone on the team. They made us feel less like guests and more like family, creating an atmosphere that felt just like home. It was an unforgettable experience, and we can't wait to return.

  Very good

Liked: Location is excellent for getting about the area, close to all transport links. Large apartment.

Disliked: There are no kitchen facilites. I mean plates, cups, utensils. Understand its breakfast only from the cafe round the corner, but a cup plate and knife and fork are necessary. We had takeaway and nothing to eat it with. Bought 2 cups for drinks.
