Liked: we had an outstanding host, who was very hospitable and kind. Breakfast was homely and traditional. She was very responsive. Vico Equense is a great place to have the base accommodation for day hopping to the expensive side of Amalfi and Positano. We would highly recommend this place to stay.
Most incredibly helpful and friendly owner who went out of her way to make our stay pleasant - she ironed our shirts!

Liked: We loved our stay! Marilina is very friendly and did everything she could to make us feel at home. The view is beautiful, and the property offers great amenities, such as a washing machine and a kitchen, which were very helpful during our stay. The breakfast was complete and delicious, with eggs, toast, fresh fruit, pastries, juice, and coffee. She also kindly helped us with a ride to the train station on our way back. Marilina, I don’t have enough words to express how grateful I am. Thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality, you made our stay truly special!
Disliked: If you rely on public transportation, it can be a bit challenging, as the house is located on a beautiful hillside and requires about a 20 minutes uphill walk. We also found it a little noisy since the house is next to a highway, but nothing that disturbed our sleep.
Liked: A very lovely host who accommodated our late requests. Breakfast was amazing, and we could enjoy it sitting outside looking at a beautiful view. Our stay at The View House was very enjoyable.
Really nice view and friendly staff but price doesn't match the facilities
Liked: The lady who owns the B&B was really nice and friendly, and she made us feel very welcome. I also shared my honest feedback with her when we left, and she was very receptive to it.
Disliked: As a couple who travel frequently and have a good sense of what value for money should look like, we were disappointed by our stay. The property seems to rely heavily on its nice view, while the overall comfort level feels neglected. The room was cold, and the heating provided was not sufficient. Without air conditioning or another way to add warmth, sleeping was quite unpleasant. It was also disappointing that basic toiletries such as shampoo and body wash were not provided.
