  Liked: Everything was absolutely wonderful! A beautiful, cozy and comfortable hotel with a lovely atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and always ready to help. Everything was spotless, well-organized and of the highest standard. A special highlight was the fantastic SPA area - we truly enjoyed it and were extremely satisfied! Every detail made our stay relaxing and memorable. We had an amazing experience and would happily come back again. Highly recommended! ❤️

  Very disappointing

  Liked: Nothing

  Disliked: Looks good as a marriage reception location but as a hotel, not so much! chose it for the "Spa", massage and pool but they were closed after midday! So I never used them! Room was very disappointing, small, and in need of redecoration, only one pillow per person, shower small; breakfast was also very disappointing; thankfuilly i only stayed one night;

  Brilliant

  Liked: Had problem on Arrival with rental car. Allowed to use the Hotel Facilities while waiting on Repair. Staff were amazing including speaking to the Tow Company and arranging transport to pick up the vehicle

  Liked: The hotel was absolutely beautiful from the moment I arrived. The staff were exceptionally accommodating and made every effort to ensure my stay was comfortable and seamless. Service throughout the property was outstanding, with every request handled promptly and professionally. The location was perfect—convenient yet peaceful, making it easy to relax while still being close to everything I needed. The hotel also provided helpful transfer services, which made my arrival and departure completely smooth and stress-free. The pool was immaculately clean and well-maintained, offering a refreshing and relaxing place to unwind. The gardens were truly stunning, beautifully landscaped and thoughtfully cared for, adding to the overall sense of calm and luxury throughout the property. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would gladly return.

  Liked: Big parking nearby. Beds were ok. The whole territory was green and well maintained

  Disliked: Hotel is located near a busy street and the windows are of poor quality, the noise level is the same regardless of the open/closed windows. The breakfast was quite basic, 2 types of ham and cheese, some pastries and cereals.
