Exceptional
Gorgeous and luxurious house with a spectacular view and location
Liked: The property is so beautiful! The view is truly breathtaking! Inside, everything is very elegant and well designed. The kitchen is great. Margi is a lovely, generous and helpful host. We were so grateful that she came with pastries everyday and also gave us lots of tips on what to see and restaurants to visit. We also enjoyed being near Equense; a lovely non-touristy town. We would recommend this to anyone. It is good to know that lots of the couches and furniture are white, so you have to be extra careful with small kids!
Nice Villa
Liked: The view was amazing. The villa was huge and orange trees are just outside. We picked some oranges for fresh juice. Very nice experience The host, Margie, was also very good, friendly and attentive.
Disliked: The house needs thorough cleaning. Sheets were thin and towels were a bit old. Kitchen was ok but needs updating. Lots of personal things.

Overall the villa is beautiful. I don't thing you will find a better view in the area
Liked: Margi met us at the door to give us the keys. She explained as best she could how things worked and where everything was. The property is fantastic. The view from the terrace is unbeatable. The plunge pool is the perfect size for the terrance. The living room and dining room are both large, clean and beautifully decorated with art, books, antiques and maps. Margi brought us pastries for breakfast the first morning.
Disliked: The kitchen could have been cleaner and with better cooking utensils. The cooking utensils are old and in disrepair. The hose on the faucet in the kitchen leaks. The only coffee pot we could find was an old stained expresso pot but it was fine for making regular coffee. The bedroom located on the lower floor is very damp and there was some plaster breaking off one of the walls. A dehumidifier would help solve this issue. Towels that were supplied were old, thin and had frayed edges. The towels are to be used for the entire stay soit would be nice to have towels that were more durable.
