  Fantastic place to stay in Puglia!

  Liked: We had a fantastic stay in Alchimia apartment. Carlo was such a lovely host – super helpful, always checking in to make sure everything was okay, and even booked restaurants for us a few times. He gave us great tips on where to eat and what to see, and was always quick to reply to my many questions! The apartment was beautiful – spotless, stylish, with great art and ceramics, and had everything we needed. It’s in a quiet area with private parking, and a perfect base for exploring Puglia – just 15 mins from Monopoli and Polignano a Mare. One day Carlo’s mum surprised us with a homemade cake – so sweet! We’d definitely stay here again.

  Great apartment right next to a very pretty old town

  Liked: Really outstanding apartment. Spacious and renovated with high quality materials. Located right next to the old town, which is surprisingly attractive for a town I'm sure few people outside Italy have heard of. Helpful and responsive owner, with parking immediately outside the door (which you will appreciate, because the roads are tiny and packed with cars, so you would struggle to find nearby parking).

  Disliked: Nothing, it was a great apartment. It is difficult to find even with the instructions given (I mean even our food delivery driver couldn't find it, and we had to meet them on the road). So for guidance, even though the apartment is number 6, it is not actually on the road mentioned. Instead, it is in an alley branching off to the left of that road, immediately before number 20. You will see a grey gate at that point, leading to a dead end. You turn left through gate, park in that area, and the apartment is on the right.

  Stunning apartment, Carlo and his mother so lovely and kind

  Liked: Carlo was friendly. His mother made us lovely biscuits, so kind. Carlo always available for advice on what to do in the area, where to eat etc. Apartment large, spacious, clean. Great to have parking. Hopefully will be back later this year. Definitely would recommend.

  Disliked: Nothing, it was lovely.
