  An awesome stay in a lovely well maintained home

  Liked: We had a lovely time in Puglia, and the accommodation in the historical town was just lovely. It has everything we needed, and on arrival met with the owner who gave us a lovely bottle of wine and some pasta. After a stressful morning, they offered to help with our issue with the car, but we declined as we wanted to learn the Italian way. They was always at the end of the phone to help, which was reassuring.

  Disliked: Our dislikes had nothing to do with the property directly and were just personal preferences like bin collections, not use to it being daily.

  Very nice

  Liked: Everything. It was really wonderful: very clean, lots of towels (we are very thankful for those), olive oil, spices, hot water, fresh bedsheets, beautiful house (really gorgeous), the air conditioning is a huge plus. Overall great 😃

  Overall, though, it’s a lovely property with great hosts, and we really appreciated their hospitality

  Liked: The house is very nice, in a great location, and the hosts were extremely helpful, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

  Disliked: The house is spread over three floors (which I knew in advance), but the ceiling above the stairs is quite low, you need to bend down to avoid hitting your head. I’m not a very tall person (about 163 cm), and even I found it a bit low, which makes it feel slightly unsafe. Also, since the bedroom and bathroom are on different floors, it can be a little inconvenient if you need to use the toilet during the night.

  Wonderful stone house perfect for touring the region

  Liked: We loved the location in the historic centre of Conversano but near to free parking in the new town too. It really was a ‘beautiful stone house’ with a lovely view of rooftops on the top terrace where we had our breakfast. The shower was especially good. Situated in a cool, quiet backstreet, staying here was perfect for us. Our host Roberto was very welcoming especially as we arrived on Easter Sunday.

  Disliked: It said there was a toaster but we couldn’t see one, but this wasn’t a problem for us!
