Fabulous
Beautiful, spacious apartment
Liked: Very spacious, great amenities, beautiful and comfortable stay! Unless you have mobility issues, despite being on the outer edge of the town, the location is great and an easy 5-10min walk to the main town center. The staff were very helpful.
Disliked: The only hiccup was driving into Cortona with our rental car to pick up the keys from the reception. Apparently we missed or didn't receive an email with instructions to walk and not drive into town, but Simone and the staff were very helpful leading us back out to find parking. Helpful to know: there is no dedicated parking spot, but rather a paid parking lot right outside the town entrance, and minutes from the apartment. But it fills up quickly on busy days. Another free lot is further down, but a bit tough if you've got luggage. Regardless, it's a small thing to navigate and definitely still worth a stay here!

Liked: the location was nice, its a tourist town. english speakers everywhere. we really liked the town, we will revisit the town but maybe opt to find a better accommodation than this one
Disliked: the washing machine is barely usable as you cant open the door all the way its located under the stairs and the door hits the underside of the stairs. the kitchen was overly cluttered, theres no space to actually cook without rearranging everything. the appliances are someones used appliance that was donated, theres no use for 2 coffee machines. the place isnt cleaned well, freezer door is broken, refrigerator is deceptively smaller than what is depicted in the pictures. the photos are really different from whats actually there. this place has everything listed but nothing is easy to use as the place is absolutely cluttered. we worked with what we got but when we come back we will find another accommodation.
Well positioned, sized, and organized apartment
Liked: Well thought out on what a traveler would need and find comfortable. Positioned excellent to reach parking, market, and the best of beutiful Cortona.
Superb
Liked: Location is briliant, right in the charming streets of a small town with medieval atmosphere. Fully equipped kitchen.
Disliked: I think.check-in could be better organised, receiving dozens of messages before our arrival was too.much. Still it was a challenge to find parking and move in.
Location, location, location! Clean, modern apartment. Good value
Liked: Excellent location just inside the gate with free parking just outside the gate, albeit very limited parking. Very close to grocery market. Fairly level walk into town center. Clean, modern bathroom with great shower and plenty of hot water. Half bath downstairs was a plus.
Disliked: Limited lighting, and the main floor lamp in the living space did not work. Mini-kitchen was very small with limited counter space and cabinet space. No microwave - would have been very useful. Washer was very difficult to access, but at least it was there.
