  Fabulous apartment & great value for money

  Liked: Location of this property is perfect for staying inside the walls of Cortona, it is very spacious with lots of storage and pretty traditional Italian style decor. The views from the kitchen window are breathtaking. The host was very helpful and responded very quickly to all of our queries.

  Disliked: No air conditioning in the downstairs bedroom or second seating area and it got very stuffy in this rooms / areas. I didn’t like the stairs up to the apartment, I think it needs to be more clear on the information that there are many stairs up to the apartment as I mistakenly thought when they said upper level they meant the stairs within the apartment. We had a baby with us so it was very hard work to get the pram stroller in and out everyday. Property is amazing but not very suitable with small kids.

  Ten Day Stay

  Liked: The floor plan was perfect for us - two couples. The location was convenient with just a short walk to the main plaza and restaurants. Pamela was very helpful! The photos on the site don't do it justice.

  Great apartment, great town!

  Liked: Lovely apartment with all the facilities we needed. We felt like we were staying in a medieval home with all mod cons. It is quiet, comfortable and there is a view down to the valley. The lady who met us and took us into the apartment was very friendly and helpful - she gave us some excellent restaurant tips. We've been to quite a few Italian hill towns now and Cortona is one of the best.

  Disliked: The apartment is on a pedestrian only street and two floors up a steep staircase. If this puts you off, reconsider Cortona as it is on the side of a mountain and to fully enjoy it, you'll need to walk up and down steep streets.
