  Great place. Huge. Stairs and free parking (off season anyway)

  Liked: Great place for a last minute decision to stay… what a surprise… huge apartment with an amazing view! Very clean and even free parking on street for free thanks to their “beach/locals parking pass. Everything went smoothly even with the bar staff not really speaking English.

  Disliked: Lots of stairs. So if you have big luggage or mobility issues you may need to look elsewhere. Shower water freezing but couldn’t see where to turn on a boiler or something.

  Exceptional

  Liked: A large and airy apartment which seems to have been completely renovated. It is larger and brighter tha the photos suggest. Each room overlooked the harbour with the kitchen and lounge sharing a long balcony. The kitchen was airy and clean and had almost everything we needed. When we asked if there was a kettle Mario went and bought one for us to use. This meant we could comfortably enjoy our stay there. He also brought extra bottles of water for us. The bedroom was very airy and large with a supersized bed. There was plenty of wardrobe space with hangers as well as shelves and a separate set of drawers. The bathroom was big enough with a shower over the half bath. There was always hot water available. In the lounge the settee was useful since we were there when there was rain most days. There was a large TV in the room. The location was excellent overlooking the harbour. It was a quiet area and the double glazing cut out any possible noise. There were buses in easy walking distance to get to and from Formia and also around and to the old Gaeta on the headland. We enjoyed our stay and spent time watching the fishermen selling their catch on the quayside. Mario was very helpful and kind.
