  Great, helpful staff and location just in historic centre

  Liked: Suite was great - separate terrace plus hidden entry to rooftop terrace.

  Disliked: 20 EUR for 1 hour late check out.

  Liked: The room was very spacious with comfortable beds. Temperature in mid-July was a bit hot upstairs, but manageable (and totally fine downstairs). Air-conditioning was available and easy to use. Breakfast was a great surprise; I don't normally have hotel breakfasts but kind of "accidentally" had it one day and decided to have it each day afterwards. In particular, there was a great spread of pastries, fruit & eggs and friendly service. The hotel is conveniently located within the ZTL and just a couple minutes walking to the center of the city. Parking is also available nearby outside the ZTL. As a result of being within the ZTL, it is very quiet and comfortable around the hotel.

  Was a delightful place to stay. Very clean, and comfortable beds and rooms

  Liked: Location was excellent.

  Disliked: The room was warm... even with AC fully on, the room stayed at 25-26C.

  An enjoyable visit to a new part of Italy

  Liked: I liked that we had a balcony and the shower was wonderful. Plenty of space, somewhere to put the necessary toiletries and very good water pressure

  Disliked: The coffee machine in the room didn't work properly and the resultant cup of coffee was not that good. There was only one mirror and that was in the bathroom. We could never get the room safe to work, but the most irritating thing was that my husband and I were staying for a week, yet there were only 4 hangars. Not enough
