Exceptional
An exceptional Chianti getaway surrounded by stunning vineyards
Liked: The grounds are absolutely lovely with vineyards all around, creating a wonderful and picturesque setting. Our room was very nice and included a convenient kitchen area, while the included breakfast was plentiful and delicious. On-site parking made everything easy, and it's a fantastic bonus that the estate offers winery tours! It was a bit too cold during our stay to use the pool, but it looked very nice and inviting. We honestly couldn't find anything to complain about during our wonderful stay.

Liked: Everything is great - from the landscape, room size and cleanliness. Staff is great, wine tour, etc. would definitely recommend
Disliked: Just be aware that the restaurant does not work every day. So if you’re planning to stay one night and have dinner, check if it will be open.
Liked: Beautiful, quiet, close enough to Greve and the most incredible Tuscan hospitality. Our Villa was modern, gorgeous and clean.

We had an exceptional visit at Castello Vicchiomaggio
Liked: Beautiful property, historic building and sensational views. What else could you ask for? We also had an exceptional evening with a short wine tour, wine tasting and a beautiful dinner in an elegant dining room with a pianist. The highlight of our trip thus far.
Disliked: Nothing really. It was very challenging bringing our luggage up a couple of flights of stairs but we knew that ahead of booking so it was not a surprise. It was my cardio workout for the day.
