Liked: Really helpful operators who responded very quickly, clearly and helpfully, to any enquiry. Large, light and airy second floor apartment in immaculate condition. Well furnished and scrupulously clean. Well-equipped kitchen permitting proper cooking. Quiet location with useable balcony to watch the sunset (see photo). Easy location to find and, a plus in Sardinia generally, plenty of on street free parking. A five minute walk to a major supermarket. We quite fell for the town of Iglesias as well as the surrounding countryside and being able to return to such a pleasant temporary home each day enhanced our enjoyment of the area.

Liked: The apartment is newly furnished, located on the second floor but there are only two apartments in the entire staircase. Very nicely finished, fully furnished and equipped kitchen and bathroom. The air conditioning works very well in every room so there is no fear that it will be hot in the attic - we were there in August so I know what I am writing 😀. I will also add that we had no problems finding a parking space on the street in front of the building. We walked to the Lidl store. Very good communication with the owner, he replies quickly.
