Exceptional
Fantastic location, great rooms, lovely pool and nice extra touches
Liked: Fantastic location, great staff, lovely indoor pool and nice additional touches such as free bike rental and sparkling water fountains
Disliked: It is quite expensive
Lovely ancient building that’s been thoroughly updated
Liked: Beautiful old building and a lovely renovation and location. There were lovely towels and bath products. The lounge area so we could wait for the ferry after checkout was a very nice feature. I’m very glad there was an elevator!
Disliked: Bed was a little firm, but that’s personal choice. I didn’t care for the card for room access which had the hotel and room number on it. As others have mentioned, the card powers the entire suite, so be sure to get a second card if you want to leave things charging or leave the lights on for someone staying in the room while you go out.

Liked: It was great location for restaurants and walking around town. Close to the port for our cruise. Good breakfast and the employees were pleasant and helpful.

Liked: Very high-level and comfortable hotel of apartments by one of the channels and 200 m of public parking with a very small price for the night. The apartment is clean, modern designed, the staff is very friendly and polite.

Gem in Livorno
Liked: Beautiful hotel and our apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and lovely. Great breakfast with plenty of options for everyone. We stayed for one night as Livorno was a stop over, but would have loved to stay longer just to enjoy the hotel.
