Liked: We booked it less than an hour before our arrival and the room was ready for us. It was spotless clean and in a quiet location. The breakfast was brought to us in the room at the time of our choosing. The croissants were fresh, cappuccino was good and we had the best scrambled eggs of our one-week stay in Italy. The staff was also very friendly and did all they could to accommodate our wishes.

Disliked: Triple room was a bit small. There is no breakfast room.
