  Liked: Anna Maria was a very friendly and welcoming host. She greater us and checked in to make sure everything was going well. The villa was charming, had a fantastic view and was easy walking distance to the local town. We had a wonderful three nights here.

  We enjoyed our stay at Villa Anna and Minori. It was a shame we experienced such bad weather because i dont think we saw

  Liked: Fabulous communication from the hosts before arrival which felt reassuring. Miriana, the owner’s daughter was at the property to greet us (super friendly) and talk us through what we needed to know. We appreciated the welcome gift of biscuits. The terrace was the standout area for us with a gorgeous view. It was actually the reason we booked Villa Anna. Unfortunately, we had continual rain so could not make as much use of the terrace as we would have liked. We did not need to call on the hosts very much - just one occasion for a second set of keys as our party went on separate day trips. Miriana sorted this within 10 mins of the ask. Excellent service.

  Disliked: There was nothing we didn’t like. Prospective guests should be aware that to enter the kitchen you need to pass through the master bedroom so this layout may not work for everyone. We were a party of 5 adults and made it work. The specification details do highlight this layout.

  Liked: Pretty much everything. Great host, great accommodations, great view and Minori is lovely.

  Disliked: Just be aware there are stairs to get to the entrance, if you are disabled you will have a difficult time/may not be able to get up. It did not bother us but I could see it being hard for some people.

  Three cheers for Villa Anna

  Liked: Annamaria is an excellent host. She brought a fan up the hill (if you know Minori, you know this isn't trivial), and this is just one example of how she went above and beyond. There is a nice view of the sea from the balcony/patio. And the home appeared to be recently renovated. Everything was in good working order. It was well furnished with most things anyone would need.

  Disliked: By American standards, it is a pretty good hike up to the home from the beach. However, we had a car and Annamaria was kind enough to connect with a parking garage close by. Be advised that there is no street-side access to this house, but rather a long-ish starway up from the street. Also, by American standards, the guest shower is pretty tight. But this is typical Italy in our experience. But don't be discouraged...of the 8 places we stayed in Italy, this is one of the best, if not the best, place we stayed.
