Superb hotel

Liked: Very good breakfast. Excellent location. Very friendly staff. Free parking. Beautiful view from the restaurant.
Disliked: We didn't like our room which was on the first floor. It's little dark and humid.

Quirky hotel right on the lake and close to beautiful Malcesine
Liked: The hotel is in a great location right next to the lake and just a 10 minute stroll from the beautiful town of Malcesine, which has an amazing castle plus a labyrinth of cobbled streets filled with shops, bars and good restaurants. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and trips out. The pool is lovely and looks out over the lake. The room was a reasonable size with a small balcony. Breakfasts were excellent, great choices and well stocked. Loved our trip and stay in the Prima Luna!
Disliked: The restaurant and bar shuts every Tuesday, which is strange. You can use the honesty bar in the hotel though. The balcony was a bit small, not easy for 2 of us to eat on. Didn’t stop us enjoying the stay though
Overpriced for what it was
Liked: Location was good liked the fact you could use sunbeds on the beach. Car parking was good and like the idea that you need a key card to get to room.
Disliked: Some of the building materials were poor and the fan coil units weren’t boxed in properly in the restaurant. I feel that there should be water and milk in the fridge on the room daily for tea and coffee. Pool area was a bit shabby and there was broken glass panel also needed more umbrellas or a system where people can’t steal three for two of them. Disappointed that the restaurant didn’t serve lunch on Tuesdays. Could only get drinks.
