Exceptional
Overall is good. Need curtains in the master bedroom. Street lights are shining to the bed
Liked: Quiet and less travelers at the evening.
Disliked: Location is higher and inconvenient for train riders.
Wonderful place to call home base for 4 nights
Liked: View excellent. Breakfast on presences very good. Location at top of hill so be aware of climb with luggage unless you make other arrangements.
Liked: We had a balcony with the most incredible view in Manarola, looking out over the town to the sea. The suite was well appointed and very comfortable. The staff was nice and very helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast was quite expensive (35 euros/person) and wasn't particularly good. Fruit was unripe with little else to warrant the price. A caution for others going there was that the Apple Maps walking directions were terrible. From the tunnel coming from the train station, you simply take a right turn and walk up the hill to the hotel. Siri had us going down toward the water, up seemingly a hundred or more stairs and then coming back to the hotel on the high road at the top of the town. Obviously, this isn't the hotel's fault, but something to know.
Great spot in a beautiful town
Liked: Great spot at the top of a beautiful town - the staff were super friendly and helpful in booking us all of our reservations at local restaurants.

A slice of heaven in the quite village of Manarola
Liked: We loved the boutique artistic hotel. Very well maintained, super cool view. They upgraded us which was awesome! The breakfast was phenomenal and lots of choices. Staff were super warm, informative and gave clear advice. Mini bar is included which is always awesome. Size of the room was great. High standards hotel that should be. 4 star not 3. Oh and huge bathroom with two showers. Adorable bath products.
Disliked: Salam things like offer to pick up luggage from down the road manarola train station we saw many cars that go up and down. We saw the message too late that they could offer this from a different train station. Bedroom can be warm as the ac is in the living room.
The perfect romantic getaway in the Cinque Terre
Liked: We loved everything about La Torretta lodge! This boutique hotel tucked away in the Manarola hillside was the perfect romantic getaway in the Cinque Terre. The room was gorgeous with every modern amenity beautifully presented and the attention to every detail was well thought out. The views from our room were stunning. Breakfast was delicious and so abundant we weren't hungry for the rest of the day! We can't say enough kind words about the gracious and helpful staff of the Torretta. We would definitely choose this lovely hotel over again!
