Good location and value, but cleanliness and maintenance need significant improvement

Liked: The apartment offers good value for money considering the spacious room and the price. The location is convenient, and the host was very friendly and responsive.

Disliked: Unfortunately, the cleanliness was disappointing. The floor was very dusty, and the bathroom was not clean upon arrival—we even found that the toilet had not been flushed. The room also had a musty smell. The Wi-Fi barely worked, and there was a power outage throughout the entire night without any prior notice.

Liked: This apartment is in an excellent location. It has everything you need inside. If you plan on cooking or prepping meals in the apartment, you should check the kitchen before you shop, they had olive oil, vinegar and some spices. The washer is a nice addition, too. If you know Riomaggiore, it is slightly over halfway up the hill (possibly 2/3). It's quieter and not as congested than farther down the hill. In the summers, this area is packed with young people ready for adventure. The entire little town is buzzing, everyone is in a good mood. There is a combo of great Italian food and fresh seafood on every menu. The beach is amazing, I had 3 boys with me that loved the cliff jumping.
