Fabulous
Good location for ferries!
Liked: Wonderful location close to ferry docks and restaurants, great private parking, excellent staff and breakfast!
Disliked: AC didn’t work and loud street noise kept us awake when we opened window

Very pleasant and well organised hotel in great location for the ferries & staff were super helpful
Liked: We picked the hotel for location close by the ferries, which worked very well for us- it’s a quite easy stroll to any of the entrances. Reception staff were extremely helpful, professional and appropriately chatty which was a real positive after a rainy coach transfer. We had explanations of the best areas of the city to walk and restaurant locations which really helped us. Breakfast in the morning was nice and pleasant and easily sufficient, with a very nice coffee. Overall it was a great hotel experience
Disliked: Being on the second floor, we had a little navigating on lifts and corridors for our room, but it was just the first voyage that we took one wrong turn- but really a minor point, we soon learned the layout,
visiting to attend a wedding and this was an ideal hotel
Liked: Breakfast was functional, Good choices. Location excellent. Staff fantastic.

Liked: Staff helpful - in particular arranging airport pick ups. Good central location near port
Disliked: Rooms are a bit tired and good do with freshening up. Eg loose sockets and some loose wooded floor tiles
