Very good
Good location for a boat trip to the Eolian islands with parking
Liked: The room was modern and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very good and convenient is the possibility to park the car at the hotel, especially if you plan to have a boat trip to the islands. The harbor (and also some good restaurants) can be reached within a 20-25 minutes walk. A supermarket is right beside the hotel. Breakfast was good, except the coffee. Overall it meets our expectations and worked for us as planned as stay for have a trip to the Eolian islands.
Disliked: The hotel is located in an industrial area, so the surrounding is not very clean and also the ways to walk towards the city center are not in a good shape. The coffee for breakfast was not from good quality regarding italian standards.
Liked: Breakfast was okay and offered some variety, although most of the options were sweet. We personally did not mind this too much. The location suited our needs well, and having parking available at the hotel was very convenient. However, the hotel itself was not the nicest in terms of the overall accommodation and appearance.
Disliked: The room was fine overall. It was nothing special, but it was comfortable enough for our stay. However, I do feel that the hotel could benefit from some refurbishment and general maintenance. There were some cracks around the room such as the shower area, the walls did not feel as clean as they could have been, and the pillows on the beds were extremely thin. The air conditioning was also a little disappointing. Even when set to the coldest temperature, the room never felt as cool as we would have liked, especially given the summer heat.

Out of town location
Liked: Comfortable bed and spacious room
Disliked: Location is industrial and the streets are poorly lit and very dirty. Breakfast tables were not cleared timely, you would arrive to dirty crockery on every table.
Liked: Hotel facilities were very good
Disliked: Location was a somewhat too far from the town centre
Fair stay, very unusual location
Liked: Parking
Disliked: Location
