Exceptional
Liked: It was close to thé ferry, quiet and comfortable.
Near harbour, clean and cozy
Liked: Michele was a nice, helpful host. Apartment had huge balcony, it was quiet and clean. Very close to the harbour and free parking was possible.
Liked: Staff were very friendly and went the extra mile to help. The room was simple, but very clean and had everything that I needed. Nice terrace area. Good air conditioning and shower. Next door to supermarket which was handy. Laundromat and ironing services both within 2 minutes walk. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
Readiness
Liked: We were in Palermo going to Portorosa Beach Resort and because of a strike, trains didn't work. So we arrived in Milazzo later without any reservation. We made a reservation and they responded very fast with a solution! The place is well located and they indicated good restaurants close. Thanks a lot!
Disliked: Nothing to declare
Budget apartment close to eateries and island tours
Liked: The apartment is in a good location especially if you want to take the "island tour". It is walking distance to bars and restaurants of all types. Although the bathroom was tiny, the shower was a good size with nice hot water. The apartment is in a secure, safe location. There was a coffee machine, kettle, tea, coffee and sweet biscuits for a snack. No breakfast supplied. It had a very large veranda with chairs and table for dining.
Disliked: The apartment was very small. Although it had a large veranda for sitting and eating outside, the floor of the veranda hadn't been cleaned in a while and was dirty. The front door lock didnt always work. We wanted to go out and because the lock was stuck open we had to wedge a tissue in the door to keep it closed. When we returned the door was open. Not a good feeling for sleeping at night.
Very nice apartment in the little city
Liked: Everything was great. Location and the apartment.
Disliked: Breakfast croissant although not fresh, still got crushed.
