Exceptional
A good place to stay and responsive host
Liked: Interesting building - well decked out with everything you need. Helpful host who was responsive and suggested some wonderful local eating places to try which was a highlight of the trip.
Disliked: If you are tall - the upstairs bedroom (attic) may not suit. Just have to remember to duck your head. A minor thing as one is generally out all day!
A wonderful stay in a quaint and authentic part of Modica
Liked: Sofia our host was extremely helpful and replied to any query immediately. She speaks very good English too. The apartment was all that it promised and more. The free parking space was extremely convenient as well as the proximity to the town centre on foot. The area was extremely quiet and peaceful so the nights were very restful.
Disliked: My friend wasn't keen on the amount of stairs to get to our car. Be aware that if you have a heavy suitcase there will be stairs from the parking space to the apartment.
Wonderful, quiet location in a beautiful Baroque city
Liked: Our stay was wonderful in the beautiful city of Modica. Location was great, and apartment was very clean and smelled great! Shower was beautiful with great water pressure and hot water. Would definitely stay here again. Parking spot was great!
Disliked: This was not an issue for us as we were prepared to walk and climb- the best way to see these European cities, but of note, the location is ideal, but like the rest of this ancient city, people with mobility issues will have trouble getting to it (lots of stairs to get to and from the property as well as all over the city). The upstairs loft is ideal for shorter people as ceiling is low.

Liked: The location and the wood paneling on windows.
Disliked: The heating: going there in December, with outside night temp of 6 - 10 C, it is hard to cope with the inside coldness with A/C fans only; plus they would strongly dry the breathable air inside the house!

Liked: We liked everything! Very nice host, very nice, spacious and well furnished apartment with everything you need. Very clean and very quiet. The location is great, only some steps (stairs) away from city centre, lots of great restaurants around. We totally recommend!
