  Exceeded our expectations

  Liked: The house gives you a complete Modica feeling, the location is priceless situated just next to the Duomo. Clean, spacious, equipped with all the utilities needed. The house itself is well furnished and Fabio, the host, is a real gentleman. An extra, is the breakfast you get to enjoy at the bar facing Duomo, owned by Fabio himself. Praises to Fabio for making our stay a truly beautiful experience. If you come across this property, dont hesitate.

  Liked: The apartment is nice and clean, it’s very close to the city center, Fabio give us a lot of details about city and was very nice and helpful - always ready to respond for our messages, I recommend this place if you want to stay at Modica and feel like in home:)

  Fabio takes good care of his guests

  Liked: Great location next to historic church and great view of the city, next to stairs that ran from top of the neighbourhood to the street below and its steady stream of pedestrians, very friendly and hospitable host in Fabio, coffee from his cafe upstairs, quiet, friendly staff in his cafe, great value for the dollar.

  Duomo Modica

  Liked: Fabio our host was superb in every way possible, he is friendly, ammeniable, always smiling & chatting away, his bar which is located above the property is a little treasure with the best staff, the location is great but there are a lot of steps to & from the main street, we stayed here for two weeks & absolutely loved it the cathedral next door is stunning, all the people we met were so friendly & accommodating with our next to no pidgeon italian.

  Disliked: Can't say that there was anything that we did not like as that would be nit picking, it's gotca couple of quirks, but nothing that didn't make us laugh.
