  Cute place near the city

  Liked: The decorations are so pretty and the location is so beautiful. Easy to park

  Disliked: The mattress was not comfortable and I think is better to install an air conditioning

  Clean and cosy, a short walk from the main sights, free and safe public parking conveniently near

  Liked: A very nice, cosy, spotlessly clean little studio. Safe and free street parking conveniently near. Just a very short walk from all the main sights of beautiful Modica.

  Disliked: Although I am not a fan of air-conditioning, this place could profit from it, or from a dehumidifier. It is probably not a problem in the summer months, but at the end of October some humidity could be sensed.

  Well equipped, comfortable accommodation

  Liked: The accommodation was comfortable and very well equipped. Cosetta was exceptionally helpful and checked regularly that I had everything I needed.

  Disliked: There is only one small window but that was fine for a short stay.

  Liked: The apartment had a friendly, cozy vibe. We loved the painted doors and all the cute little interior design details. The location is great, parking was easy in front of the building. We got some croissants and cookies. We had a great time!
