Exceptional
Ok gor one night
Liked: Small Apartment in the center of Modica.
Disliked: No elevator and a musty smell.
Liked: Location right in the centre. Bedroom great. Dining room/ kitchen small. Very clean and attentive staff.
Disliked: No balcony and no view,,both of which were mentioned in the advert. Flat was small for an 11 night stay. Constant smell of food from restaurant vents
Great place for sort stay
Liked: The location was very good, close to restaurants. The apartment was well decorated, pleasant and clean. The bed was comfortable. The kitchenette was well equipped with fridge, microwave, cooktop. The hosts provided useful information and were quick to respond. Water, coffee, tea and some sweets were provided. AC, wifi, updated TV
Disliked: - stairs to access - lack counter space -TV not in bedroom
Liked: Lovely Apartment & Exceptional Host The apartment was beautiful, clean, and well-equipped — a perfect base for exploring Modica. Giorgia, the host, was incredibly kind and helpful. She spoke English and provided us with useful local tips, making our stay even more enjoyable. She was always available for questions and made us feel truly welcome. Highly recommended!

Great Location and Comfortable Accommodation
Liked: Georgia was a wonderful and receptive host who kindly agreed to a late check-in, which we really appreciated. She was very helpful and provided us with great information about the area. The location was fantastic—right in the heart of the historic centre. The building itself was impressive, with a grand entrance and beautiful staircase that added to the charm of our stay.
Disliked: Unfortunately, what we received did not match the pictures and description on the booking site. The outlook from the bedroom was not of the historic centre as pictured, but instead overlooked four large air conditioning units. The room had a stale odor upon arrival, which was cleared after we turned on the air conditioner. We were also disappointed to find there was no balcony, despite this being stated in the booking description.
Excellent flat in a perfect location
Liked: The hostess put a lot of effort into making this stay perfect. The flat is well equipped and the location could not have been better and the aircon is very quiet, which is nice. We also had the best sleep here ever since we arrived in Sicily.
