Exceptional
Liked: Exceptionally clean, all amenities provided, spacious, very comfortable bed, beautiful vista from balcony, quick access to centre of town and also upper Modica but also peaceful at night Parking available close by. Highly recommend.
Disliked: There isn't anything to 'not like'.
Exceptional
Liked: Very nice and authentic place to stay in Modica. We were looking for a place near the old town, but also accessible by car and that was IT. We loved the authentic sense of the place, including BEAUTIFUL floorings, plus the super-nice host. Highly recommended place to stay in Modica and visit places around.
Great value for money in the central area
Liked: The host was very friendly and helpful. The location is quiet and great for exploring the central areas of Modica. The room is spacious and cozy, it has all the reasonable amenities.
Disliked: The electricity goes off when you turn on a few high-power-consuming devices like a washing machine and an air conditioner simultaneously. I understand it's an old building in the historical center, but it was a bit uncomfortable to go downstairs in the dark to turn back the switch.
Great place to stay if you don’t mind no internet
Liked: The location, clean and very nice roomy suite for great price. The host was nice & gracious.
Disliked: There was no internet.
