Exceptional
A real wow moment when Antonio showed us our room and terrace!
Liked: Great location, tucked away in a corner above the main road. HUGE room with an enormous balcony with fab view of Modica Alta. Good breakfast. Ex Ellen’s communication with Antonio throughout. He was so friendly and helpful. Made us feel very welcome. I’m not going to put anything in the negative box because my 2 grumbles are very minor. I didn’t like the pillows and some less stale cereal would have been better at breakfast. Maybe some fresh fruit too?
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: The accommodation was exactly as described. The owner himself prepared breakfast. He makes a really excellent cappuccino. Even though the hotel’s furnishings are a bit dated, everything worked perfectly. The room has a beautiful view of the city from the balcony.
Disliked: Due to the dim lighting in the room, the room felt a bit gloomy at night.
Liked: Breakfast was good, Antonio was very nice and accommodating. Great location!
