  Excellent location in the heart of Modica, walking distance to everything. Beautiful room, outstanding staff

  Liked: Giovanni is extremely helpful, very professional, and very accommodating. We were visiting our relatives and we were a little late having lunch. He not only held a room for us, but let us keep our luggage in the room until after lunch.

  Disliked: The property was excellent. There was nothing we did not like.

  Terrible beds, do not stay here!

  Liked: Great location, clean, very spacious room and bathroom

  Disliked: The beds are AWFUL, we had 2 rooms, we all slept very badly. The mattress is super hard, no bed toppers, also very narrow, maybe 80 cm or less, and short, maybe 190. Its possible the rooms w double beds are better. The style of the property feels like an old peoples home.
