Quirky, clean, great location for a stay with great coffee!

Liked: The house is located on the edge of the old Modica and new Modica Sorda which makes it a great base for exploring. The apartment is very well-equipped for a short or long stay and scrupulously clean.

Disliked: initially it felt hot but it’s made of stone so cooled down quickly as the sun fell. there is effective air conditioning available if required so this is not a problem.
