Fabulous
Not like the photos. Dark with minimal light. Poor layout. Management is unreasonable
Liked: The location is very nice. The property is on a vinyard
Disliked: Very dark apartments. Felt like a cave. And poorly arranged and the stairs make a lot of noise walking up and down. So your partner will wake up if you use them. There was no wifi and could not get service on my phone. The owner / manager made excuses that there was no service in the region. This was a lie. They had the service shut off for the slow season. The solution the manager proposed was working from their personal house 3km away. This was completely unreasonable. Then they gave us difficulties ending the stay and moving to a new hotel.
Liked: The apartment was spread over two floors; the bedroom and bathroom upstairs were functional; the kitchen on the ground floor was excellently equipped.
Disliked: The complex seemed deserted; we never saw the hosts, contact only via WhatsApp
A really cozy stay in a beautiful location with breath taking views over the Barbaresco vineyards
Liked: The location had amazing views over the vineyards and all the way to the snowy Alps when its clear. It was really quiet in April because of the off season, but we still managed to get a tour and a tasting in the winery. Wines were absolutely beautiful. NOTE: having a car is a must in this area. Even though there was no breakfast, you could find coffee, water and something small to eat in the kitchen. For making dinner yourself the kitchen was perfect. Also the outdoor area was really nice to have a glass of wine next to the vines. Grazie mille!
Disliked: The only thing we were missing in the kitchen was a proper kitchen knife, but the small fruit knife was good enough, so not a big deal:)

Truffa/Fraud/Clear-no-no
Liked: Let’s be clear, it is not near Barbaresco (50 min walk) and there is no “degustazione” (yes, when you ask for it they just say, and I’m not kidding: there is no degustazione). So yeah, the place is clean, but nothing else. So if you want to just sleep under a roof there is plenty of better options. What I hated is that when I called the woman in charge she did not care. So yeah, this is what I call a fraud. They put key words and attractions that are not included or real, all that to benefit from seeming a very attractive option. Shame
