A lovely stay, highly recommended
Liked: Beautiful rural location, lovely well appointed room, very helpful friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Car hire essential. Well placed to visit local vineyards and beautiful hill villages.
Disliked: The nearest restaurants are a 15 minute drive away, along winding roads in the dark! We visited in late March so unfortunately couldn’t take advantage of the swimming pool as it’s unheated.
Perfect
Liked: Beautiful, quiet, and the perfect place to stay to visit the nearby towns. We stayed in the Olive Suite, which was perfect. Breakfast was delicious and the hosts were all so helpful.
Very nice small hotel with only 7 rooms, we were as part of a family. The lady at reseption was very nice 😊

Fantastic hotel with very good facilities and lovely rooms perfect for a relaxing break
Liked: This is a superb hotel. Nicely modern but in keeping with the style, big bedrooms with very good bathrooms. We had a lovely view of the vineyard. There is a very well stocked honesty bar so you won't have an issue with software drinks beer and wine. Access to local towns is 5-10 mins in a car, and there are lots of taxi companies. They also do very good light lunches if you need, and you order them at breakfast. Breakfast is very good, practically everything you could want for. The pool area is just lovely and relaxing with the most amazing views. The spa area is very good, herbal sauna and steam room with a very good cold mint flavour shower (which works well). The staff have good contacts with wine tours, cycle hire etc so you won't be bored here. We loved it and will be back
