Fabulous
Liked: Breakfast was very good, also glutenfree bread and croissants. Beds were good, especially the duvet.
Overall, a very good hotel. I am glad I had the chance to stay there!
Liked: If you have business or need to stay in that area, this is a very good hotel; everything is exactly as described. It is clean and modern. Very close to Olbia airport & city center. Very good breakfast. Accommodating and helpful staff. P.S. The scent in the lobby is exactly the same (very good) as the one in my car.
Disliked: There is nothing to comment on, as I liked everything and enjoyed the service provided.
Practical prime location
Liked: Basic and practical - prime location
Disliked: The AC was ineffective, the gym was useless, ventilation could be better, and there was only one lift with no stairs option.
Dreadfully disappointed
Liked: The breakfast was good,as usual and the manager and staff were excellent. Always happy to make I was happy with the food and cheerful.
Disliked: Every time I've stayed at the Marriott there is something wrong with the room. If it's not the plumbing, lukewarm shower, the safe breaks down or the lights don't work.This time the lift was out of order during the whole of visit. I've been using the hotel twice a year in May and October because it's convenient. This time because of flight times I asked for a later than normal check out, I'm talking a couple of hours and after years of using the hotel they wanted to charge me. OKAY after I made a fuss they relented but by then I was appalled and told them so.
I would avoid the Delta chain
Liked: Appear to be poorly run. Very unorganized.
Disliked: Breakfast only one coffee machine for the breakfast room the other one was broken had to take the free elevator up and down to red floors along with the work personnel because the elevators did not work. AC was at 24°C and was controlled by downstairs at the front desk moving the temperature in the room made no difference. They finally had to come up and clean the filter to get the room to cool off. The personnel of the hotel was very gracious and personable, but seem confused in everything they did the hotel appears to be very new and up-to-date but unorganized and not cared for we felt we were in a hotel that nobody really cared about.
Liked: Excellent staff!!! Very friendly and helpful. Pool was immaculate as was our room
