  Liked: Location of the apartment was fantastic. Right in the heart of Ostuni. The rooftop was nice.

  Disliked: Air con was very poor. Communication with the host was not great. A late message the night before checking out asking us to leave by 10am instead of 10 30 & to leave the city tax in cash in the apartment. It was lucky we had the cash on us. I think you need to update the photos or the apartment itself on booking.com as they definitely do not reflect the current condition of the apartment & makes it look more spacious than it is. Took time to find the hairdryer as it was shoved in a cupboard when it should've been hanging in the bathroom. Bathroom had a strong odour at times also.

  Your cave in Ostuni

  Liked: A beautiful little one bed apartment in the heart of Ostuni - felt like we were living in our own little cave. All amenities were provided & the property was clean & comfortable.The owner has made it very aesthetically pleasing & comfortable with thoughtful add ones like leaving extra blankets, providing water, and having coffee making facilities. The bed and linen made the stay relaxing. Great location. Thank you.

  Disliked: The apartment is located up 20-40 steps so can be tricky & difficult when navigating with luggage or if suffering from any injury or mobile disability. It's location is next to a restaurant at the top - thankfully a local person helped us find the restaurant. Luckily. Anna maria the owner was in contact with us & guided.

  Cute

  Liked: The location and how unique the room was. The bed was the most comfiest.

  Disliked: There was a timer ticking noise which disrupted my sleep. You couldn't turn this off as it was part of the electrical system. There was also a strong sewerage smell in the bathroom but it doesn't make the rest of the room smell.

  Liked: Great location with the old town and restaurants right on your door step! Very cute little apartment- as description states it is very compact but had everything we needed. The stairs could be difficult with those with mobility issues but we managed fine. The terrace had a stunning view and was the highlight of the place but again, access would be a bit tricky if you had mobility issues (climb through window space in bedroom).

  Disliked: Pan in kitchen and other crockery was still dirty, likely not cleaned properly by previous guests and there was only one bowl and one glass, making meals for two a bit tricky.

  A cozy haven in the blazing white city

  Liked: Everything! A very beautiful apartment, like a cave for relaxation inside the blazing white city. The location is perfect — at the far end of the small old town, where the tourist buzz quiets down and the beauty begins. Surrounded by lovely little restaurants, it’s both charming and cozy. The apartment is small, but very beautiful — clean, with everything you need. As a bonus – the lighting inside is absolutely beautiful.

  Disliked: Just to clarify: these are nuances, not downsides. None of this bothered me at all, and I’d happily come back. To get to the apartment from the parking area, you do have to walk up quite a few steps — it might be tiring with heavy suitcases. The apartment is small — some might find it a bit tight, with narrow walkways and a compact kitchen. There’s not much light in the bed area — in my opinion, that’s more of a plus than a minus, but some might find it a bit dark.
