  Love this hotel and staff

  Liked: Staff amazing looked after us very well especially Arianna at reception and Àngeĺo who both served us drinks at the pool xx there were 7 friends overnight stay fabulous views over the city and valley. Definitely not to be missed historical authentic Italian Hotel x very good value for money. Pool amazing xx we 💯 return x

  A charming hotel from another era, with wonderful views, a beautiful pool, and a peaceful park-like

  Liked: This is a hotel from another era. Built in 1969, it still carries the charm and ambition of the grand concept it once was. Perched on a hilltop, it offers wonderful views of Ostuni and the sea in the distance. The highlight for me was the large swimming pool, beautifully maintained with sparkling blue water, set within a spacious garden and park-like surroundings.

  It’s a quiet location on the Hill. Breakfast was good, friendly staff

  Liked: Very nice hotel and staff was very friendly. Parking was easy and free and just a 5 min drive to the city centre. Would definitely return to this hotel Breakfast was also very good

  Liked: What a beautiful hotel this must have once been. From other reviews, I knew it was in need of a makeover. That’s true. It’s been that way for about 30 years. But the room, despite being dated, was very clean. And it does have a certain charm. The bed was definitely fine! The pool looked great too, but I was unlucky that the weather turned just then, so I didn’t use it. The staff is friendly, but limited in English. Breakfast is okay... depending on the number of guests, it ranged from okay to fine. I’d give it a six out of ten. The coffee was terrible. It wasn’t until the last morning that the waiter asked if I wanted a cappuccino or a café doppio. (Which I think he got from the bar.) I’m still grateful to him, haha.

  Disliked: Breakfast: it was certainly prepared with care, but there’s plenty of room for improvement here without it costing much extra. Out of the three mornings, there was only one morning with a truly delicious selection, including savory options. Probably because there were many more guests. However, the difference compared to Monday morning was too great. The (filter) coffee that’s available all morning is undrinkable. The hot water for tea is lukewarm. There’s a wide selection of sweet pastries like croissants, but the rolls and bread were usually tough. You always had to ask for fresh items to be restocked; they didn’t proactively anticipate this on their own.
