Great location, great host and a fantastic opportunity to stay in the annex of an historic building

Liked: Francesca was an excellent host; she made us feel very welcome and comfortable and gave us some great recommendations of places to visit. The location is perfect - just a few minutes drive from Ostuni and in a very peaceful area. The room is well equipped and there is plenty of storage space for luggage/clothes etc. The breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. Everything was very clean and the room was serviced every day. The additional outdoor shower is great!

Disliked: On first impression, the room seemed quite small but in practice there was plenty of space for us to store all our clothes and there is excellent outdoor space, pool and use of the outdoor kitchen if required.

  Positively wonderful!

Liked: We enjoyed the peacefulness and privacy yet close enough to the town to easily explore and enjoy the excitement of that area as well. The property was so relaxing we hated to leave. And the pool area was equally wonderful. Our hostess Francesca was helpful with what to see in the area and enjoyable to talk with. Overall, a great place. The breakfast was also wonderful - we filled out our breakfast request the afternoon before. The rooms were modern as were the bathrooms - really nicely done. We would definitely return.

Disliked: The yellowjackets in the area were a bit of a nuisance but she was keeping us protected with traps and nets around the eating area. Otherwise - no complaints about anything else.
