  One of our best ever vacations. Excellent hotel. Beautiful region. Delicious food. Warm people

  Liked: Most charming, artsy, whimsical. Excellent food and drink. Great value. Above all, most personal, responsive, accommodating, knowledgeable and efficient staff, from front desk to dining room to room staff.

  Liked: Disliked · The hotel is well located, but the owners are extremely stingy, petty, and unpleasant. They watch your every move, looking for any excuse to charge you extra money, such as €20 for a lost room key card. There is no room service, and the toilet is not separated from the bedroom by a door that does not provide proper privacy. the restaurant is pretentious, serving ridiculously small portions. Overall, a very disappointing experience, especially because of the owners’ attitude. To top it all off, they don’t even provide you with an invoice, which is highly unusual and raises serious concerns about their professionalism and transparency. This is completely unacceptable and leaves a lot to be desired.

  A luxury retreat in the beautiful Ostuni

  Liked: A beautifully appointed hotel with eclectic decor close to the town square. The staff were friendly and always there to help, the pool and outside gardens are stunning providing multiple photo opportunities.

  Beautiful rooms, some misses on being a true 5 star

  Liked: Pool and location are great. Staff are very nice and helpful. Beautiful rooms. Onsite parking super convenient

  Disliked: They never wished us a happy honeymoon despite mentioning multiple times and the restaurant knowing as well. Didn’t have basics like a steamer or iron available. Also rooms were beautiful but not the most functional (no storage, no full lent to mirror)

  Warm Apulian hospitality in the heart of Ostuni

  Liked: From the moment we arrived until the day we reluctantly checked out, our five-night stay at Paragon 700 was nothing short of exceptional. This is far more than a luxury hotel. It is a beautifully restored historic property that perfectly blends incredible architecture with contemporary comfort. Every corner of the hotel feels thoughtfully designed, creating a sense of calm, elegance and authenticity that made it a pleasure to return to each day. What truly sets Paragon 700 apart is its people. The warmth, professionalism and genuine hospitality of every member of the team made us feel incredibly welcome throughout our stay. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and their passion for the hotel really shines through. The swimming pool is an absolute highlight. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and historic stone walls, it provides a peaceful oasis and was the perfect place to relax after exploring Ostuni. Our five nights here became one of the highlights of our trip through Italy. We left feeling refreshed, inspired and already talking about returning one day. Thank you to everyone at Paragon 700 for making our stay so memorable. We couldn’t recommend it more highly.
