  Disliked: This property does not allow children. Unfortunately,I contacted the property to ask for a cot for our kid me the day before our vacation and the onwer forced me to cancel the reservation while still charging the full amount under the "no-show" policy. Due to what appears to have been a page refresh during the booking process, the reservation was submitted for only two adults. We were actually traveling with our two young children, and the B&B refused to accommodate them, I booked the suite which in the picture shows 4 beds and enough space to accomodate our family. I offered to pay any additional charges and asked the owner to propose a solution. Instead, his only suggestion was that only the two adults should come and that we leave our children behind, which was obviously unreasonable. As a result, we were forced to find and book alternative accommodation at the last minute, just one day before our arrival. I also asked, as a gesture of goodwill, for at least a partial refund given the circumstances, but the owner refused. Besides the extremely poor way our family was treated, I believe the owner's behavior was unfair and entirely lacking in customer care.Our experience was very disappointing.

  Beautiful serene property

  Liked: The villa is located in a beautiful setting, right next to a garden full of olive trees and other Mediterranean plants. It has spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated rooms, plenty of outdoor relaxation areas, and a swimming pool. Andrea is incredibly helpful and always ready to assist if you need anything. Another big plus was the breakfast, which included savory options - something that isn't very common in Italy!

  Our stay was first class

  Liked: I booked the entire villa for my friends and family for a week.. Andrea and Francesca were very friendly and helpful during our stay. Andrea organised a caterer to make dinner for us all on our first night at the Villa and the food and wine was delicious and the service was great. The cost was reasonable. He was also able to provide plates, glasses and ice buckets on the few occasions we chose to organise our own meals. eg. takeaway pizza. Also, Francesca made a delicious birthday cake to celebrate a friends birthday. Andrea recommended restaurants and even offered to drive us to various locations for a fee. Even though the location of the Villa is good, it is necessary to hire a car or motor bike to get around as there is no public transport. The pool was refreshingly cool and enjoyable after a long day sightseeing. Overall, our stay was first class.

  An immaculate property that was well maintained

  Liked: We loved the quiet location & the suite was wonderful. The whole place was spotless. The swimming pool was a good size with plenty of sunbeds & parasols. Andre was a helpful & attentive host.

  Disliked: The breakfasts were rather bland & repetitive. We also did not realise the suite would be isolated from the main house & pool.
