  Terrible mattress and no ventilation

  Liked: Location is OKAY. Ostuni is small and walking takes around 10/15 min to get to the center

  Disliked: The mattress is terrible. Really worn out and uncomfortable. No windows/ventilation at all, it’s like a cave and it has a musty, closed-up smell, and there's no way to air it out

  Liked: Our stay was smooth and enjoyable. The location is very good, with the city center reachable on foot in about 8 minutes. The apartment is unique and interesting, spread over three floors, which made the experience even more memorable. We found everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the apartment was clean and well maintained. Communication with the hosts was easy and pleasant. The only minor inconvenience was that there was no Wi-Fi available, and the mobile phone signal inside the apartment was quite weak. However, this did not significantly affect our stay. Overall, it was a pleasant place to stay and a good base for exploring the city.

  Liked: Location is good, near the historical center. Staff reacts fast to any needs, communicates via whatsapp. So, you better have one if you dont use.

  Disliked: No car parking near this place, you have to hunt for the spot arround all town in extremely narrow streets. To get the key and to check in you have to drive to different location in narrow streats. Booking address did not mach check in location! Kitchen dont have utensils, not even knive or fork. There is gas range, where you can make espresso, coffeee was provided, but no lighter. After contacting manager, they brought us lihghter in matter of.minutes, thats a.bonus for such reaction. Bathtoom needs renovation! Ventilation is missing too.

  One night stay family of four

  Liked: It was clean and in a very good location.

  Disliked: Unfortunately the mattress of the main bed is very uncomfortable; we could feel the springs and it was not even, made us roll into the middle. For one night something I can stand though for a good price. There was not even one sharp knife in the kitchen and since there is a rule that we clean the kitchen utensils and hob by ourselves, I could see that previous tenants did not leave all utensils spotless clean. I did not like it
