  Terrible Accommodation..We Had to Leave Early

  Liked: There was absolutely nothing to like about this place.

  Disliked: This place has no business being on Booking.com. The entrance is ridiculously narrow and getting luggage upstairs is a nightmare, even with small cabin-size suitcases. There are two rooms. The downstairs room smells heavily of damp and mold and feels more like a cellar than a bedroom. The upstairs room is tiny, claustrophobic and feels like a prison cell. We booked two nights but couldn’t even stay for the second one. We left early because the place was simply not acceptable. I genuinely don’t understand how this property has positive reviews. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences we’ve had. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

  It was OK for a short stay

  Liked: The apartment in Ostuni has a great location and a stylish interior with beautiful fittings and a nice bathroom. However, it wasn’t very clean and clearly needs some upgrades. There are several safety concerns — broken rails, a non-working carbon monoxide sensor without batteries, and wobbly dining chairs that feel unsafe, especially for heavier guests. The shower cabin door is broken and replaced with a curtain, and the couch is quite worn. A microwave would also be a useful addition. It’s also difficult to find, as Google Maps can be misleading and may direct you to the wrong place or a restricted area. Overall, it has charm but requires better maintenance and attention to detail.

  Comfortable and convenient stay in budget

  Liked: Location of property was good. ~Valentina Coordinating with us was extremely helpful. She shared all the good information about travel options and good restraunts with us. She coordinated very well. It was comfortable stay. Property was good for 4 adults.

  Disliked: 10 am check out is ridiculously early. No wifi. It was off season and i had enquired about checking out an hour or two later. But 10 euro per additional hour stay made me decide against it.
