  Despite the noise from the building site and the jacuzzi I’d be happy to return with that amazing view

  Liked: Comfortable and clean. Lifts to the top (2nd) floor. The top floor balcony has a beautiful view to the sea and marina. It is much closer than what the picture suggests. Mine was on the right without the jacuzzi. Easy walk to lungomare. Next door to the castle. Bus stop at Otranto Porto (not Stazione) a 3minute walk, comfortable for people getting public transport. Very friendly and kind host Michaela.

  Disliked: There are a couple of building sites very close by and they start early but finish around 2.30pm. Also the noise from the jacuzzis being used is noticeable if you’re a light sleeper.

  Small apartment 200 metres from the old town

  Liked: Very close to the old town of Otranto with great views from the balcony and rooftop. We had our own Spa (max 3 people) on the rooftop. The owner was super helpful and we were really impressed that she waited until midnight

  Disliked: The apartment was really small with the one bathroom. We booked it for 6 people and ended up with 4, which was still pretty tight! Perfect for a family of 4 2 adults and 2 children.

  Feeling at home at Otranto

  Liked: It is very comfortable, good space and location is just perfect. Michaela, the host was super nice and friendly and helped us with everything

  Spacious, great parking, great location, lovely host, huge terrace with a view of the marina, but issue with temp contro

  Liked: Location and parking plus a lift. Very spacious apartment perfect for relaxing or exploring from. Great host - super lovely

  Disliked: Aircon was temp controlled set. I went hot and cold every single night- therefore a disturbed sleep as I woke up numerous times because of it. It is better to have an aircon to set one temperature so you can be prepared for it. Glad we were provided also with an extra key to keep the aircon on when we were away as contacted to the electricity which I never like.

  Good value for money

  Liked: Michela met us and showed us around the property. Great location super close to the centre of town and down to the waterfront. Handy having the washing machine and drying rack for the clothes. Good clean, secure spot if you’re out all day and then just come back for sleeping (if there’s 4 of you)
