  Excellent, stylish property only let down by lukewarm shower

  Liked: Modern, clean, spacious, well maintained, staff pleasant and helpful.

  Disliked: Shower was lukewarm at best. Breakfast option was overpriced and limited. Slightly complicated breakfast booking routine.

  Great base for a trip to Otranto

  Liked: Great location close to public transport, easy access to the town and beach. The pool is a great addition after a day out walking or just to relax in the tranquility of the garden area.

  Excelent location. Clean. Welcoming owner, close to the beach

  Liked: Great location - right next to the train and bus station. I did not have a car so for me was really convenient. Also it is very close to the free and lido beach. 5-7 minutes walking. Next to a supermarket as well and close to the historic centre - 10 minutes walking. The swimming pool is great after a day in the beach. They also have a kitchen with fridge/microwave and some items for breakfast. The rooms have tv and kettle. They offer towels and toiletries. Stefani is really welcoming and help you with everything. I will definitely go back next year:)

  Disliked: It would not stop me to go back but the pillows are really flat and the shower pressure is not good.

  Liked: Stefano was a perfect host. Th breakfast was adequate. Right next to the trainstation so a perfect location for us as we were using public transport. A15 minute walk into town.

  Disliked: Some fruit and yoghurt included in the breakfast options could be considered.
