  Liked: Clean, modern, with all the utilities, in a quiet area, 15min walking from the center. Giorgio is an amazing host, kind and resourceful.

  Nice place in a good location to visit Otranto and Puglia

  Liked: Clean apartment with all the needed utilities, shops and restaurants near the property. Walking distance(15 mins) to the centro storico. Friendly host that provided helpful information and tips of what we can do in the area. We would stay here again for sure.

  Relaxing and extremely convenient

  Liked: The apartment was super comfortable. The host attention was next level. Great communication and kindness.

  Disliked: The apartment is quite new, and there are some more under construction in the same area, hence some surfaces were still quite dusty from this. But it's something I guess will go away over time.

Three flats are available:

- one is on the first floor with terrace

- one is on the ground floor

- one is a Tavernetta with courtyard

Please note that the Tavernetta room is located on a basement level below street level.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
